Remembrance Day 2020

The Sundre Branch #223 Royal Canadian Legion advises there will be no public service for this year due to the present Covid-19 restrictions.  We urge all community members to Remember the sacrifices made for our security and freedoms in Canada.  A wreath will be placed at the outdoor cenotaph located beside the oil derrick on the east side of Sundre the morning of November 11th.  At this outdoor cenotaph the public may attend at their own discretion and place their lapel poppy on this wreath, if they so wish.  Thank you for your continued support of your local Legion Branch.  New members are always welcome."
